Wherever we can, we price by the outcome achieved rather than the time spent. For fractional leadership you pay a simple hourly or daily rate, agreed upfront. Either way, no surprises.

Weirwood began in 2023, and in 2024 we set out on our own as an independent company. In recognising the challenges faced by small to medium-sized businesses in affording traditional consultancy services, we've made it our commitment to bridge this gap.
