How are you different from a big consultancy?
We are the opposite of one by design. No armies of juniors, no glossy decks, no engagements stretched to bill more hours. You work directly with us, the price is agreed before we start, and if you do not need us, we will say so.
Who will we actually be working with?
Sarah and Paulina. Not a rotating cast, and nobody you meet at the pitch who then disappears. Two people, backed by an experienced network of associates when a piece of work needs specialist depth.
What size of business do you work with?
Mostly small and medium-sized businesses, because that is who traditional consulting has priced out. If you are bigger and our approach appeals, talk to us anyway.
Where do you work?
We are based in Scotland and work remotely across the UK, coming on site when it is useful.
How does pricing work?
Always agreed upfront, before any work starts. Some services are a fixed price, fractional leadership is a simple hourly or daily rate. Whatever the model, you will never be surprised by an invoice.
What is the free 20-minute chat, really?
Twenty minutes on the phone or a video call, with no pitch and no obligation. You tell us the problem or change you are facing, and we tell you honestly whether and how we can help. Sometimes the honest answer is that you do not need us, and we will say that too.
